SDA Portland is proud to participate in the annual national canstruction® event. Trademarked by SDA, members of the design and construction community work together in a unique design/build competition. Competing teams put their skills to work designing structures made entirely out of canned foods. At the end of the competition, all food is donated to the Oregon Food Bank to help combat hunger in our community. Since 1997 we have raised over 360,000 lbs of food and just under $100,000 for Oregon Food Bank!
